How we structure
our investments.
We take both majority and minority equity positions, structured to match what each company actually needs from us. Capital is never one-size-fits-all.
Operational Investment
We take an active role — board seats, direct operational guidance, go-to-market support, and hands-on involvement in key decisions. Best suited for companies that want a deeply engaged capital partner.
- Board-level involvement
- Go-to-market & sales support
- Technical architecture guidance
- LP and co-investor network access
- Operational process design
Growth Capital
Pure capital deployment with no direct management engagement. We supply growth capital and step back, trusting the founding team to execute. Best suited for companies with strong operational momentum.
- Majority or minority equity
- No board seats or operational role
- Capital without interference
- Optional network introductions
- Reporting and milestone tracking
We structure every deal to be the right fit — majority positions for deep operational partnerships, minority stakes for growth capital plays. Investment structure is determined deal-by-deal based on the company's needs and our involvement level.
What we look for.
We invest in existing AI companies with product in market. Here's how we evaluate opportunities.
Existing AI Company
We deploy into companies that are already building — with product in market or near-market, not ideas. We are not a pre-product fund.
Agentic Architecture
The product must execute real actions autonomously — not just generate suggestions. True agentic systems, not AI-enhanced interfaces.
SMB or Startup Target Market
The company must be building for small and medium-sized businesses or early-stage startups. Enterprise-only plays are outside our focus.
Clear Path to Scale
We look for evidence that the product can scale without linear headcount growth — the core promise of agentic AI must be in the business model.
Strong Founding Team
Operators, domain experts, or technical founders who have lived the problem they're solving. Domain depth matters as much as execution ability.
Defensible Position
Network effects, proprietary data, vertical integration, or deep workflow embedding. Something that makes the product hard to replicate quickly.
